We stand behind and service our manufacturer’s high-efficiency heating systems and look forward to an opportunity to help you with your heating needs while also introducing you to alternative heating options.
I am equipped to service and repair Heat pumps, Gas Furnaces, Outdoor Furnaces, Air Conditioners, and Generators. With the use of a truck-mounted vacuum, I am specially prepared for servicing and cleaning Oil Furnaces and ductwork systems. Having proper equipment and training allows me to do the job right -which sets me apart from others.
TIPS FOR MORE EFFICIENT AND LONGER LASTING UNITS:
- Have your unit serviced at least once every year and best to schedule during the slower months for discounts and prompt appointments
- Air Conditioning Systems: Monthly take a garden hose and wash the coil on the outside unit to remove dirt, dust, grass clippings, and other debris.
- Turn your HVAC unit off when mowing grass

REPAIRS TO CHIMNEYS
Crowns-repair or repour to NC Brick Assoc. standards. Water Repellant installation made just for chimneys, Pressure Washing and Exterior Cleaning with special made chemicals to remove rust stains, mold etc.
TIPS FOR CHIMNEY CARE:
- Have chimney cleaned before a fire cleans out your house
- Recommended to have chimney checked and cleaned annually
- Chimney caps protect from rain, leaves, birds, and other critters
- Full Sized Stainless steel or copper caps we promote due to no rust staining on siding or brick
- Chimney crowns protect the brick part of chimney from deterioration — Discoloration on brick is usually from water getting into the crown due to a cracked or poorly formed crown which is usually mold or moss –which ends up with more costly repairs… “a step in time saves nine”
- Use only well-seasoned wood that has low moisture content to derive the optimum results -it is when a chimney is cooled (due to wet, unseasoned wood) that creosote and other deposits form in the chimney that can lead to a fire.
- Do not paint chimney or use non-vapor permittable water repellants that result in damage to b rick an mortar joints which causes chunks or flaking of the brick -sometimes referred to as spalling.
